How the program works

The Blueprint is a focused, 1:1 process — intensive but contained, typically running over three to six weeks. It moves from insight, to structure, to application.

    Preparation

    Before the first session, you work through a series of videos and exercises designed to surface the raw material we will work with — recurring themes, language patterns, blind spots. This is not a quick intake. It is the first real layer of the work.

  2. 02

    Deep Dive — in person

    An afternoon session, in person. We work through the core authority frameworks live: mapping your Congruence Wheel™, surfacing your narrative elements, exploring your Authority Archetype Mix™, and identifying the early contours of your Toneprint™. Not theory — live work in conversation.

  3. 03

    Crafting

    The synthesis phase. The Deep Dive is revisited in depth — for content, nuance, phrasing, and emphasis. Insight is shaped into structure. This is where the seven frameworks come together into one coherent Blueprint.

  4. 04

    Reveal and application — online

    The Blueprint is delivered and walked through in a dedicated session. A second session translates it into two concrete authority expressions — testing how your authority sounds and holds in real communication.

The Authority Brand Blueprint is application-based. Not everyone needs this work. And not every moment is the right one.

Questions worth considering

Is this coaching?
No. The Blueprint is a structured process with a tangible deliverable — a printed document you keep and use. It is not ongoing coaching, accountability work, or a development trajectory. It is a contained engagement with a clear output.
Do I need to have done other programs first?
No. The Blueprint is the natural starting point. It builds the authority foundation that makes everything that follows — keynotes, content, speaking, positioning decisions — sharper and more coherent.
What if I already have a clear sense of my authority?
Many clients arrive with an existing sense of their positioning. The Blueprint does not replace that — it structures, sharpens, and grounds it. Most people who think they have full clarity discover significant new layers during the Deep Dive.
What is the difference between the Blueprint and the Signature Story Program?
The Blueprint defines how your authority is constructed — your fingerprint, your frameworks, your internal reference. The Signature Story Program takes that foundation and builds the one story that carries it publicly. They are designed to work together, in that order.
In which language does the program run?
Dutch or English. The choice is yours and is confirmed at the start of the process.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. All sessions are recorded and supported by a note taker. After each session, you receive a transcript and a written summary for personal reference.
How much work is involved on my side?
A significant amount — and that is by design. The Blueprint is an intensive, personal process. Between sessions, you will complete exercises, record reflections, and sit with questions that require genuine thought. Clients consistently describe the experience as demanding and, at the same time, as one of the most valuable and clarifying things they have done professionally. The depth of the output is directly related to the depth of the input. If you are not prepared to invest real time and honest reflection, this is not the right moment.
When is the right moment to start?
When you have real depth — track record, thinking, a body of work — and sense that your public standing hasn't caught up with who you have actually become. The right moment is not about having a confirmed keynote or a specific deadline. It is about readiness to do the work.

Beyond the program
