Where it fits in the Authority Path

The Authority Builders Membership is available only after completing at least one core authority program: the Authority Brand Blueprint and/or the Signature Story Program. It is not an entry point. It is a continuation layer once authority has been established.

How support is structured

Support inside the membership is organised through credits, not hours. Each credit represents a focused authority intervention — used when a concrete situation arises, not distributed across ongoing check-ins. The credit model keeps the work deliberate rather than ambient. Practical details are shared privately once membership is discussed.

Access to the OYS network

Members gain access to the OYS network — a curated group of specialists brought in when a client's work requires specific expertise. This is not a community. It is access to the right people, at the right moment.

This network is used to strengthen execution, while the OYS philosophy, method, and quality standards remain consistent.

Only by invitation

The Authority Builders Membership is by invitation only. Access is discussed after completing a core authority program, once it is clear whether this type of support is appropriate. Operational details are shared privately to ensure clarity and fit.
