At this stage of OYS, the core programs and most client-facing work are led by ianka directly. The practice is built with clear systems and assigned responsibilities, so quality and coherence hold — regardless of which parts of the work are shared with others.

Programs are kept by admission only — ensuring depth, readiness, and alignment before work begins. Roles and responsibilities are assigned explicitly. Technology and AI are used where they add real value to preparation, analysis, and execution — not as substitutes for the judgment the method requires.

AI-supported systems are used in workflow and preparation. Judgment, interpretation, and responsibility remain human and method-led.
