Sometimes the question isn’t only in your head.

Something is already on the table: a keynote, presentation, positioning text, offer, website copy, professional story, or other material you’ve already worked on.

Then one hour of thinking together isn’t enough.

For a Deep Dive you send ianka the material at the center of your question in advance. She analyzes it before your session. Then you work on what’s already there, intensively and online: what is strong, where the story or positioning weakens, what is missing, and which choices are needed to make the whole sharper.

Who it’s for

When does a Deep Dive make sense?

A Deep Dive is meant for experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, and experts who already have something to work on and need more than a first reaction on a video call.

You want ianka to look at the material beforehand, think about it on her own, and come into the working session prepared. For example:

Your keynote, speech, or presentation

Your keynote is largely on paper, but you doubt whether the structure works.
Your presentation has strong elements, but the whole still lacks focus or coherence.
You know there’s too much in it and want a sharp eye on what should stay, go, or move.

The difference

One Question or Deep Dive?

The difference isn’t how important your question is. The difference is the work ianka has to do in advance.

Choose One Question if:

you want to discuss one concrete professional issue;
the essence of the question can be explained in a short input;
ianka doesn’t need to read or analyze material thoroughly in advance;
what you mainly need is a sharp outside view, pushback, and a decision.

One Question = you bring the question. We think it through together.

Choose Deep Dive if:

material already exists that is part of the problem;
ianka needs to review that material before the session to do good work;
you don’t just want to discuss what you think of it, but want to know what in the material itself works, chafes, or is missing;
the analysis in advance is needed to work at the right level from the start of the session.

Deep Dive = you bring the question and the material. ianka analyzes it in advance. Then we build on it together.

The material

What can you send in advance?

A Deep Dive includes preparation on the content, but it is not an unlimited document review.

You send the material that is directly relevant to the issue we’ll work on in the session. For example:

a keynote or speech text;
a presentation or slide deck;
a positioning text or proposition;
relevant website or sales copy;
a bio or professional story;
a worked-out offer;
a limited number of documents that together form one clear issue.

A Deep Dive is not meant for having ianka analyze a full book, a lengthy manuscript, a complete website, a large content library, or a file of dozens of documents in advance.

The material has to be scoped tightly enough to allow thorough preparation.

If there’s a lot of material, select in advance what is essential to the question you want to work on.

Preparation

What does ianka do before the session?

ianka reads and analyzes the agreed material with the central question in mind.

She doesn’t only look at wording. Depending on the material, she examines the core message, structure, positioning, coherence, choices, blind spots, and what may be missing or distracting.

That preparation means the video call doesn’t start with: “So, tell me what you made.”

We can start right away from what ianka has already seen.

The working session

What do we do in the working session?

In the online session we set the analysis next to your intention.

What do you want this story, this presentation, or this positioning to do? What does the material actually do today? Where is the gap?

We look at what is strong enough to keep, what needs sharpening, what can go, and which choices still need to be made.

The session isn’t one-way traffic with ianka reading out a report. It’s an intensive working session where analysis and your expertise come together.

The goal is that you not only know what could be better, but also understand why — and which direction you take next.

What you leave with

You leave with a sharp outside analysis of existing work and a clear view of what you’ll do with it.

You know better:

what is already strong;
where the material loses its force;
which choices or changes make the biggest difference;
what you can cut or simplify;
and what the logical next step is.

Not necessarily with a fully rewritten end product. But with a much sharper frame to take the existing work forward with purpose.
