Authority Fingerprint is not a personality test and not a quick positioning exercise.

Before the session, you work through the Congruence Wheel™ on your own: an intensive series of narrative reflection and writing exercises from the O.W.N® methodology.

You look back at your work, choices, experiences, stories, convictions, and recurring patterns. Not to construct a nice story about yourself, but to bring up material that usually stays scattered and implicit.

That work has value in itself.

You see connections you may never have put side by side before. You name experiences you rarely look back on consciously. You gather stories, examples, and insights that are useful again later — for your positioning, content, conversations, a book, a keynote, or your Signature Story.

But self-reflection has a limit: you are still looking at yourself from your own perspective.
