For CEOs, founders and board members
Thought Partnership
You have a communications department. But nobody who writes your story.
Your organisation has someone for press releases, social media, internal communications. But when you step onto a stage, you write your own talking points. When you are invited onto a podcast, you prepare for it in between everything else. When someone asks what you stand for, you search for the right words on the spot.
Not because you don't have them. Because nobody helps you find them.
Your communications team works on behalf of the organisation. Your story — who you are as a leader, what you stand for, what you have to say in the moments that matter — nobody has sight of that. It lives in your head, in loose thoughts, in conversations that never land anywhere.

Start here →What if someone did
Someone who sits down with you every month. Not to coach you, not to keep asking questions until you find the answer yourself. But to think with you — on substance, sharply, drawing on fifteen years of working with leaders who want to put a public story into the world.
And who then does what you don't get round to: writing it down. The talking points. The stage preparation. The LinkedIn post that says what you meant to say.
No team, no briefings, no account manager. One person who knows your story and helps you build it.
Three formats
01
One Question
A single conversation about one concrete question. Online or in person. You leave with clarity, not with a document. The ideal introduction: you find out straight away what working together feels like, with no further commitment.
See One Question →02
Retainer
A standing partnership with one in-depth conversation each month, which turns into a usable deliverable. Reachable in between for short questions. No speechwriting — but everything below it: talking points, stage preparation, a post, interview preparation.
03
All-in
For those who also need full speeches and keynotes. Several conversations a month when the agenda calls for it. Thinking ahead with you, not only responding.
Who this is for
You are a CEO, founder or board member. You are regularly on a stage, or you should be. You have ideas but can't get them sharp enough to make an impact with them. And you have no wish to do that alone — not because you can't, but because you don't.
This is not for anyone looking for a content machine. Not for anyone who wants four posts a week. And not for anyone who first needs to work out who they are as a leader — that is what Authority Fingerprint™ is for.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a free intake conversation first?
You receive all the practical information about working together in advance, in a document. So you can take your time to look at the options, the terms and the investment.
What you will mostly want to know after that is whether it works between you. Does ianka understand where you want to go? Does the way she thinks with you move you forward? And do you trust her enough to put your ideas on the table? ianka wants to be able to test that too.
That is why you start with One Question, a paid session around one concrete question. By working together straight away, you both find out whether there is a basis for a longer engagement. And even if it stays at that one session, you will have worked on your question in substance.
What if I have to give a keynote during my retainer?
Then you look together at what you need. Sharpening your angle, discussing the structure or working out talking points fits within the retainer. Writing a full keynote takes more work and is quoted separately. If you regularly need speeches or keynotes, the all-in partnership may be the better fit.
Can I start with a single conversation?
Yes. In One Question you work with ianka on one concrete question or an important communication moment. You experience how she thinks with you and get direction for your next step. Afterwards you can decide whether you need a standing partnership.
Does ianka only think with me, or does she also write?
Within an ongoing partnership she does both. What comes up in your conversations, she turns into usable material: talking points, a LinkedIn post or interview preparation, for example. In One Question the focus is on the conversation; it does not include a written follow-up.
I already have a communications team. What does ianka add?
Your communications team knows the organisation and handles its communication. ianka works with you on your personal vision, positions and story as a leader. That also gives your team sharper input to work with.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to say?
You can bring an idea that is not finished yet. An observation, a conviction you are looking for words for, or an invitation you want to accept. Together you explore what you want to say with it and which form suits it.
Can I check something in between?
Yes. Within the ongoing partnership you can ask short questions or have something checked in between. If a topic needs more thinking or writing, you agree on how ianka takes it on.
How does ianka make sure the text sounds like me?
The writing starts from your conversations: your ideas, experiences, choice of words and way of reasoning. You read along and say what is right and what does not quite feel like you yet. The longer you work together, the better ianka gets to know your voice and context.
How do I know which partnership suits me?
Tell us briefly what prompted you and what you are looking for support with. You receive more information about the options and terms by email. Then you look together at which form fits your question and your agenda.

Curious what it feels like? Start with One Question.
Book a conversation about a question that matters right now. You experience straight away how ianka thinks with you, and you leave with clarity. From there, you decide whether you want to continue in a standing partnership.
One thing matters: you attend this conversation yourself. It is about your story, so an assistant or colleague cannot take your place.
